Original Concept to Final Construction Documents. Renovation & Addition drawings. Plans & Elevations for Bank Loans. Miscellaneous Projects such as boat docks, garages, etc. As-built drawings for existing dwellings. 3-Dimensional "fly-arounds" to see your house in model form. Artistic renderings of the final house concept.

Standard Package Includes: Cover Sheet with front perspective sketch rendering, Foundation Plan, Basement Plan (if applicable), First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan (if applicable), Roof Plan with Roof Details, Wall Section, Building Section, Fly-Around the house in 3D, and walk-thru the house in 3D. Additional Package (Optional): Site Plan, Tile Plans and/or Lighting Plans. Residential Drafting rate: $30.00/Hour for miscellaneous jobs and $0.50 times the total covered square footage for New Construction work that goes all the way through to Final Construction Documents.
